Hello, this is Seon Shim Kim, a mother of 2 children and the CEO of Arendel.
I invented the product with an intent to make a mat cover
that is free from contamination and damage that I felt necessary
as a regular housewife and a mother of 2 children.

I started my career as a student in the School for Young Entrepreneurs
where I began inventing and producing the mat cover,
and now I have succeeded in establishing a company specializing in children’s products,
including play mat, an essential product for households with kids.
As a mother of 2 children, I have gone through countless efforts and failures
as I invented the product for our children.

From products for children to products for all housewives!

The company was incorporated on July 3rd , 2015, and
it has been enjoying its steady growth with mats for children.
Among many changes that I have experienced,
the most crucial one was the change in my life as children grew.
As my children grew enough to enroll in the elementary school,
I began to think upon a mat for myself.
I would like to thank all the mothers and children all around the country
who have been giving a steady love and interest behind the success of Arendel Inc.

The next goal of Arendel is to be a beloved company specializing
in children’s products not only in Korea but also other overseas countries.
